These terms govern your use of the Fight Picker mobile application, operated by Anderhall Pty Limited (ACN 698 681 300). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You can find out more about the company at anderhallptylimited.com.

Fight Picker is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Ultimate Fighting Championship, Zuffa LLC, TKO Group Holdings, or any of their related entities. Fighter names, event names and results are factual information used descriptively to identify real events. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Fight Picker is a free prediction and leaderboard app. You predict the outcomes of mixed martial arts fights, earn points for correct predictions, and compete against other users on public leaderboards and in private competitions.
Fight Picker involves no money. There is no entry fee, no wagering, no prize pool, and no cash or cash-equivalent reward of any kind. Points, leaderboard positions and season badges are recognition only and have no monetary value. Fight Picker is not a gambling or betting service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fight Picker. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up. One account per person.
You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, or by emailing app@fight-picker.com.
When using Fight Picker you must not:
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms.
Fighter names, records, event details and fight results are factual public information compiled from publicly available sources and entered manually by us. We make reasonable efforts to enter results accurately and promptly, but we do not guarantee that data is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment.
If a fight does not take place, is cancelled, or its result is later overturned, we may void that fight. A voided fight scores zero for everyone and is excluded from accuracy statistics.
Scoring rules, competition periods and season structure are as described in the app and may change as the app develops. We may correct scoring errors, including after results have been published, where a correction is needed to keep leaderboards accurate.
Ties remain ties. Where two or more users finish a period on equal points, they are joint winners.
If you create a competition, you are responsible for who you invite to it. Competition names and invite codes are visible to members.
We provide Fight Picker on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including competitions and leaderboards, at any time.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss arising from scoring errors, incorrect fight data, or unavailability of the service.
The Fight Picker name, logo, design and software are owned by Anderhall Pty Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the app except as permitted by law.
Our handling of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
